Project Overview

The goal was a refined, modern website that reflects their client-first mindset  and deep Sunshine Coast knowledge.

Based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, Next Property Group helps clients buy, sell, and manage property with a long-term mindset.

Challenge

Next Property Group’s existing website was functional, but it didn’t match the standard of the brand or the way they service clients. The brief was to elevate the site into something clean, modern, and highly visual, while staying fast and simple for users who just want to find what they need without friction.

The other key challenge was differentiation. Real estate websites can blur together.  Same layouts, same language, same “salesy” tone. Next Property Group needed a site that felt more intentional: team-led, market-savvy, and built around trust, not hype

Our Approach

We balanced brand presence with usability.

Using Next Property Group’s existing palette (deep blue, white space, and subtle orange), we refined the visual system for a premium feel, then rebuilt the site around the two key user actions: viewing properties for sale and browsing rentals.
